Helping donors make estate and planned gift commitments, as well as annual fund and capital gifts, is an essential part of managing a successful advancement office. Chad joined firm in 2012 and provides advancement consulting services to colleges, universities, healthcare organizations, secondary schools and other non-profits nationally. Client services focus on comprehensive campaigns, strategic planning, board and staff development, project fundraising, major and annual gift strategies, planned giving, integrated marketing, enrollment management, and net revenue generation strategies. Prior to joining the firm, Chad served as Vice President for Institutional Advancement for William Jewell College where he led a highly successful advancement program and was responsible for development, alumni relations, public relations and marketing. He was responsible for campaigns that secured over $80 million, doubled annual operating support, and increased the percentage of alumni giving, better positioning the school.
